Kelvin Joseph, a Dallas Cowboys backer, was shot dead last month by a passenger who was not a gunman, but his lawyer, Barry Sorrel, said.

He was taken to a local hospital where he died.

Earlier this week, police on KDFW-TV called on the public to help identify men involved in the conflict. A man wears a necklace with the word "YKDV" on it. Joseph is known as the YKDV Bossman Fat as a rapper. YKDV stands for You Know Da Vibe.

According to many sources, The Cowboys encouraged Joseph to meet with the police about what he knew about the incident. on Friday, The Cowboys have issued a statement on the situation.

"The Dallas Cowboys noticed the tragedy in Dallas on March 18th. First of all, our hearts go to Mr. Ray's family and loved ones. The organization is aware that this may be related to Kelvin Joseph's case.

A league spokesman said the matter was being reviewed in accordance with the league's privacy policy.

The Cowboys chose Joseph in the second round of the 2021 draft. He played 10 games and started 2 games.
